Core Accountabilities Your responsibilities include sourcing potential hires on various online channels, building relationships with passive candidates and hiring managers and evaluating candidates’ performance in interviews and assignments. Ultimately, you will ensure we attract, engage, recruit and retain high-performing employees along with seeking new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring other team members in effective ways of working and leading by example.
Leadership • Motivate and engage team members to work effectively towards business goals. • Provide coaching to team members on effective ways of working. • Lead by example, engaging with stakeholders across the business to collaborate on business goals and opportunities. • Consistently champion organisational goals within the team. • Identify and mitigate risks to the business.
Client Development and Talent Acquisition • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities. • Identify and develop client/business relationships. • Research and develop recruiting leads. • Act as a trustworthy advisor and thought leader for your clients, maintaining strong working relationships. • Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database. • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment. • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client. • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond. • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate. • Offering CV, interview and general career advice. • Utilise candidate care to foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential employees. • Identify a specialist skill and create and maintain a talent pool for proactive floating targets. • Research into competitors and marketplace. • Develop a sustainable candidate led strategy. • Maintain full compliance with Brunel’s ethics, values and processes.
Experience • Proven work experience as a specialist Recruitment Consulting in the professional and technical space • Experience interviewing senior candidates from a professional and technical background • Experience in Behavioural Interviewing techniques • Experience in Behavioural Reference techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Strong decision-making skills • Strong devotion to quality • Strong commercial business acumen • Challenger Mindset towards Sales • Strong leadership skills • Evidence of being a Trusted Partner to their clients • Creativity in finding the passive candidates or Unicorns • The ability to overcome objection and be persistent • Winning Mindset – Ability to work with targets
