The role: Joining our team as a Cloud Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through close collaboration with clients. In this high-impact position, you'll have the opportunity to lead the charge in establishing a premium managed services partnership model.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain customer cloud environments Design and implement various cloud solutions, with a focus on cloud native Monitoring the managed services boards and responding to managed service requests and incidents. Delivery of after-hours (24x7) managed services. Contribution to the ongoing management and improvement of Itoc Operations processes, e.g. on-boarding, change management, incident management, and other ITSM processes.
About You: Experience and understanding across a range of AWS products. Ability to contribute to the achievement and retention of Itoc’s industry certifications and accreditations, including individual business and technical certifications. Display a high level experience across hands-on technical / engineering roles. Ability to prioritise and self-manage time Any prior experience working within an MSP / Service Desk role would be highly regarded.
