Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Duties: Menu creation & costing Producing and designing a variety of dishes/menus Preparation of ingredients and meals to the highest standard and in a timely manner Maintaining stock levels & ordering Maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times Complying with health, food and safety regulations Training cooks and kitchen staff Skills and Qualifications Certificate IV and Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred 2+ years of experience as a chef Sound understanding of food safety and health regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Great leadership skills Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
