Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Requirements: You will provide experienced leadership in the day-to-day operations. Supervision and training of front office, housekeeping, F&B and/or maintenance teams. Work with the owners to provide good customer service and develop new business for contractors and groups who visit Kalgoorlie for work and holidays. You will have a high standard of written and spoken English with qualifications in business and/or hospitality. Your skills and experiences Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a hotel management role or equivalent. Hold an Australian Diploma of Hotel Management, overseas equivalent or another recognisable degree type. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Delivering exceptional guest experience standards and driving consistency through continuous improvement in operations and service. Basic computer skills including emails, scanning, printing and placing online orders. Ability to lead and motivate the team. Responsibilities Oversee the operational functions of the motel. Ensure full compliance to motel operating controls, protocols and procedures. Maintain a friendly and approachable attitude towards guests and staff and a clean and professional appearance. Follow relevant liquor, gaming and other laws and regulations. Staff recruitment and training. Maintain hygiene and work health safety requirements around the venue.
