A new opportunity has come for a Service Desk Analyst providing technical support for a fast-growing MSP provider. Your daily responsibilities will consist of handling 1st level ITS support requests through telephone and email in a timely manner. You will have a broad knowledge in the following sectors where training and mentoring will also be provided.
• Analyse, identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot user desktop technical issues
• Basic Server knowledge and administering within a Microsoft Server OS platform
• Basic knowledge with Active Directory, Microsoft O365, VMware and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Resolve 1st level support requests through telephone and ticketing system (ConnectWise)
• Active Directory and Office 365 Admin tasks. (Password resets, account creations/deletions)
• Citrix Virtual App and Desktop administering and troubleshooting
• Participate in creating technical documents and uploading into knowledge base articles
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Ambitious, hardworking and willing to contribute to growth of the team
• Full time working rights in Australia
• Current Drivers license and vehicle preferred
• Flexibility to Work From Home
This is a permanent position that will require the right candidate to be flexible on a 24/7 rotating roster.
