Responsibilities Partner with assigned sales representatives to support customer sales Become an expert in all DocuSign Agreement Cloud products and show continuous improvement as new products and features are released Ability to understand complex customer business processes and the technologies and systems used within those processes Effectively demonstrate DocuSign Agreement cloud products to customers and highlight relevance to customer needs Establish confidence in delivering solution recommendations, custom product demonstrations, workflow and business process diagrams, responses to technical Q&A, RFx and proposals, product roadmap discussions and in highlighting customer value / ROI with outcome driven solutions Build relationships and support other parts of the Sales organization to increase technical/ business expertise and provide customer-centric feedback.
What you’ll bring Basic 5 years’ prior experience in customer facing presales or sales related roles selling SaaS solutions and concepts Technical Experience in Development or Coding – familiarity w/system integration methods such REST APIs, web services and SOAP Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant work experience Willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Proven experience working with employees at all levels of an organization Familiarity with Enterprise-class software systems like ERP, CRM, and HRM SAAS based products and SAAS Sales processes Web-based solutions, website development, HTML, XML, and structured data Electronic agreement process concepts such as eSignature, CLM, Document management etc. BPM / Workflow Management systems Strong verbal and written communication skills
