Roles and Responsibilities: • Multi Skilled professional with expertise on OS Support (Linux/Windows), Hypervisor, Storage with at least 10 years of Infrastructure Support experience • Strong hands-on experience with hypervisor and compute virtualization technologies (VMware, VSphere, vCenter, vCloud, VMware View, vRealize, vSAN, NSX, Microsoft Hyper-V) • Strong Troubleshooting skills on ESXi servers using Command Line. • Expertise experience on Server platforms: Cisco Unified Computing Systems, HP, Dell, IBM server infrastructure. • Should be familiar with Netapp(7 mode, Metro cluster mode(2/4 node), DR setup, failover/failback, Ontap upgrade, Snap mirror, qtree, quota management, Provisioning, Decommissioning, Configuring and troubleshooting CIFS & NAS based backup issues. • NETAPP FAS and AF-series administration and support • EMC Isilon(CISF/NFS/SMB) infra configuration, Provisioning, Replication(DR activities involving failover/failback)etc, OneFS upgrade, SyncIQ, SnapshotIQ, configuration & troubleshooting. • Should be familiar with firmware upgrades using management controllers like Dell iDRAC, HPE ILO, HPE OneView. • Expert Knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting skills and tools. Including OS Hardening and Vulnerability assessment.
Essential:
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline • Should be willing to work in 24/7 operational role in Sportsman Shift split over 2 x 12 hour shifts each day/night.
