Day-to-day, you will:
Act as the main interface between ERP Platform team and functional areas
Provide ERP and subject matter expertise to functional process owners
Advise stakeholders on industry standards in order to provide suggestions to streamline processes and develop requirements for configuration changes
Management of Splunk Monitoring and alerting solution
Regular auditing of Transurban’s ERP Platform
Regular auditing of all ERP applications and third-party interfaces
Ensure security, confidentiality and integrity of data is maintained
Identify areas for process improvement and lead improvement activities
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
At least 5 years’ experience with the Workday platform
Project and/ or BAU business improvement delivery experience in a business in either an analyst or process analyst role
An ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely
Workday HRIS certification/s
Familiarity with security technologies
