Your technical skills are based on solid fundamentals and have been proven through the delivery of robust and innovative power engineering designs. You will be an experienced problem-solving Electrical Engineer and be comfortable leading teams and mentoring junior engineers. You will also have varied Electrical Engineering skills which will allow you to contribute to the Power business in a broader sense.
Preferably, you will possess consulting experience and have proven capability across a range of the following areas:
Conceptual and Detailed Design in Earthing and Bonding
Apply high level conceptual, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills in the development of electrical earthing and bonding design solutions
EMC Assessments
Earthing Design for HV Transmission Lines and Substations
Demonstrate earthing and bonding design experience, preferably including knowledge of traction system earthing and stray current mitigation methods
Embrace being or becoming eminent in the field of earthing and bonding and provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members Knowledge of relevant regulatory, engineering legislation, codes of practice and standards associated with earthing, bonding and lightning protection
Reliability Assessments
Lightning Protection Design
Stakeholder engagement, management and networking
Knowledge and practical experience with earthing system test methodologies
Significant experience and knowledge of the CDEGS software package
Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering
