Typical responsibilities include:
Managing Helpdesk Team and maintain SLAs, Clients Expectations and Service Queues Manage Services Support and Maintenance for our Clients Designing and implementing Managed Services Procedures and Processors Control Escalations to the Senior/Project Team. Assist Clients via Phone, Onsite and Online as an escalation point to L1/2 Server Systems, Windows Server (2016 – 2022) & VMware services Installations - Remote and Onsite co-ordination Performance tuning and reporting Active Directory Management and Maintenance Office 365 and Azure AD Management and Maintenance IAAS, BAAS, Cloud Support and checks Maintaining network systems and infrastructure including switches, firewalls, routers and uplinks to our Carriers Developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating IT policies, procedures, plans and strategies for the organisations we support. Ensure all technical documentation is current and reflects the current operational status Backup Management and Maintenance Training and Advancing your Skills to further assist the team.
Experience The successful applicant will have a minimum of 4 years experience in a senior role and demonstrate the following:
Minimum 3 years experience in the Adelaide Market Minimum 3 Years experience as a Helpdesk Teamleader/Manager. Level2 and above Helpdesk Skills in Endpoint, Servers and Storage, Networking and Microsoft 365. Extensive knowledge of both current and emerging technologies, principals, standards and services. Exceptional knowledge of Windows, and Virtuialisation systems Solid networking foundation required to support core network services; TCP/IP, PPP, ADSL, NBN, SNMP, L2TP, Routing, Firewalling and Switches Strong working knowledge of all aspects of desktop and server support, hardware maintenance Possess strong interpersonal communication skills Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with strong attention to detail Be a self starter with the ability to work unsupervised as well as assist Seniors with other work
Qualifications
The following tertiary and/or industry specific qualifications will be highly regarded;
Azure and 365 Certifications CCNA VCP MSCE RHCE Relevant tertiary degree
