Your key responsibilities
Work closely with fellow software developers, architects, engineers, and product managers to improve HEO Inspect with a focus on outstanding user experience
Work closely with the HEO team to help improve existing products, shape future products/features and and deliver on the product technology roadmap
Develop user interfaces
Develop web-based interactive visualisation tools
Deploy web apps on the cloud and interface with other HEO cloud services
Participate in design and code reviews
Collaborate with other team members to resolve the best solutions to difficult problems
About you, we’d love for you to be/have
• Bachelor's degree in Computer engineering, Computer Science, IT or a similar field • 3+ years of industry experience in developing web apps and interactive web-based visualisation solutions • Strong communication and documentation skills • Show initiative and ownership in achieving goals, improving processes and solutions • Passionate about both front-end and backend web engineering • Strong project management skills • Extensive knowledge in: o Python o Django web-framework o HTML + CSS o Javascript (React, JQuery, AngularJS) o Database development (relational, non-relational, graph) • Experience in API development and integration with third-party apps • Experience in Cloud architecture (we use AWS) • Previous work experience in aerospace and robotics sectors, Machine learning, and computer vision is considered a plus.
