About You:
• Experience in a customer-facing role • Experience in agile project management • A great attitude and experience dealing with various stakeholders • Previous experience with client training and onboarding • Past exposure to onboarding a problem solving for customers, preferably with a SaaS based platform • Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing • teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. With the ability to explain complex • concepts concisely. You will need to feel confident talking with business owners and • engaging with them about their operations and work activities. • Highly organise and excellent time management to co-ordinate multiple implementations • simultaneously • Understanding how to build a CX process and be able to demonstrate that with clients • Bonus Experience in basic JavaScript • Bonus Experience in the Construction or Hire & Rental Industry or Energy/Utilities or • Heavy Plant Equipment Maintenance

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
