As part of the groups rapid expansion plans globally, we are in need of a system analyst to provide visualization of the different systems that the group has, as well as documenting and developing dashboards that allow the analysis of existing information in a clear and accurate form, allowing timely decision-making across the board. The systems analyst must also identify opportunities for improvement in the processes that the group manages through the use of data analytics tools, seeking to eliminate problems that could negatively impact the organization's productivity.
The ideal candidate will be the first employee in this newly setup department within the business based in Melbourne, Australia. Globally, Australia is leading the push with any systems developed here to be rolled out to all offices around the world. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent analytical and technical skills, experience in software development and project management, and strong communication and collaboration skills. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is typically required for this position.
Role Requirement:
