In this role you will;
Solution Design and Implementation
Collaborate with stakeholders/groups to understand requirements and delighters and build long-term relationships by aligning business resources to solve critical pain points.
Translate business requirements from stakeholders into detailed functional documentation for approval.
Devise and communicate plans for the work with deliverables and timelines.
Implement useable solutions that delight stakeholders and customers.
Train and support the team to ensure optimal usage of solutions.
Manage projects, activities, and deliverables to on-time completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external agencies to deliver on business objectives.
Ensure solution documentation is up to date and managed in a central business systems repository.
Systems Development and Continuous Improvement
Web Technology UI/UX:
Design rapid UI & UX prototypes for stakeholder feedback.
Implement and convert prototypes into useable solutions that delight customers.
Be the go-to person for web technology eg, researching new solutions and helping the business systems team with the integration and launch of products/services.
Systems Alignment and Integration
Oversee the usage and integration of marketing-related technologies and platforms.
Utilise Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Communities, Hubspot Marketing Platform, Uservoice and other platforms to help track and optimise the customer journey aligned with health software business objectives.
Collaborate with Salesforce Developers to create and maintain data for personalisation, segmentation and reporting.
Be involved in the design, usage and integration of Salesforce, Help & Portal platforms.
Knowledge & Experience required:
Web Development - technologies may include, HTML, JS, CSS/LESS/SASS, PHP, Node/NPM, Gulp, Grunt, Linux, Apache/Ngnix, SQL/MySQL
Experience with code repository/versioning tools, i.e., Git, SVN, CVS CMS, i.e., WordPress or similar
Web hosting management, i.e., cPanel or similar
CRM, i.e., Salesforce is extremely advantageous, if not a willingness to learn
Google Analytics / Tag Manager or similar analytics platforms
Experience working with/consuming RESTful APIs, SOAP or similar
Work or experience with middleware platforms, i.e., Celligo, MuleSoft, Integrate.IO
Survey platforms, i.e., Survey Monkey, Google Forms, Zoho
Strong visual UI/UX prototyping or development tools
