THE MISSION • Manage a team of business analysts • Hire and grow the team of business analysts following company KPIs • Manage ICT projects for ANZ companies of various sizes and industries • Collaborate with the ICT development team and sales teams • Manage the product and project management knowledge base for the Australian company • Expand the growth of partner experts (reselling Odoo products) • Expand the range of service offered to clients and partners in the ANZ region • Improve market and accounting localisations to specialise the software to the ANZ region SKILLS • Team management • At ease with coaching • ERP expert • Project management • Performing under pressure • Hiring skills • Brilliant communication and customer-facing skills Qualification: Master’s Degree in ICT or relevant Experience: Minimum of two years in a similar industry as Senior ICT Business Analyst
