Position: ICT Business Analyst
Tasks required include: • Lead requirement gathering sessions by communicating with client via face-to-face meetings or Skype/Zoom Calls. • Educate development teams on requirements and end-to-end solutions being proposed. • Balance technology and business issues as well as communicate appropriately with all the business stakeholders. • Identify and evaluate inefficiencies and recommend technology solutions to improve business decision-making with a focus on the core systems, technology strategies and standards. • Liaise between Clients, Product Owners, QA team, UI/UX designer and Development team to ensure that project is in line with the requirements. • Prepare system requirement specifications, business requirement documents and other project-related documents. • Create Wireframes, Use Case Diagrams, and other project related UML Diagrams. • Act as single point of contact between client and internal teams. • Write and manage User Stories and Epics on Jira. • Identify, examine, and understand business needs and technology solutions, to enable the development of business processes and/or technical solutions. • Write and manage documentation that clearly defines business problems in a clear manner. • Engage and collaborate with a range of business stakeholders to develop ongoing working relationships that achieve positive outcomes. • Develop detailed project plans to track progress using PM methodologies. • Prepare User manual and provide system related training to clients or end-users. • Identify and document business processes, functional requirement specifications to align user stories, and case scenarios including evaluating outcomes for developers.
Requirements: • Bachelor degree in relevant field • Master’s degree would also be highly regarded • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience • Experienced in writing detailed, clear and consistent functional requirement specifications using Epics and User stories. • Demonstrated ability to prioritize business requirements. • Strong understanding of cloud architecture. • Experienced working in Agile–Scrum development. • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and work in a dynamic team environment. • Strong communication skills (verbal and written). • Demonstrable Experience on Web and Mobile-app Projects. • Hands-on experience using JIRA and Confluence.
