Responsibilities: • Participate in SAP implementation & rollout projects support & maintenance activities across multiple functional and business areas. Ensures that the system remains validated and compliant with regulatory agencies. Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance- Strategy management related to SAP business processes and Segregation of Duties (SOD). Support account creation and maintenance, role development, authorization management in SAP landscape (S/4, BTP, ECC, SCM, BW, HR, GRC) including in a Central User Administration (CUA) environment. Participate in the implementation, configuration and support of SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Access control module or equivalent. Support projects by gathering security requirements, translating functional security requirements into authorization designs and technical security roles, while maintaining segregation of duties (SOD) requirements, security framework, meeting internal and external audit requirements. Write functional specifications for security requirements, collaborating with IT functional and technical teams and the business. Configure and test specific application and system solutions. Produce process models for SAP security/GRC processes using BPMN notation according to client’s need for audit compliance.
Core Capabilities: • User administration and role maintenance. Configuration of system parameters. Creating users based upon request and assigning additional roles to existing users. Assigning missing authorisations as per user requirements / testing defects. Perform object transportation activities within a 3-tiered landscape using transport change management procedures – ChaRM experience desirable. Collaborate with other team members to ensure that security roles, authorisations, activity levels and settings meet Client/project requirements. Day to day technical support and resolution of security and GRC issues. Contribute to client process documentation for user and role administration. Documentation of design, testing and deployment of users and roles across non-production and production landscapes.
Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Security and GRC development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance, Strategy management related to SAP business processes and Segregation of Duties (SOD). Experience with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Access Control module or equivalent. Strong knowledge of Central User Administration (CUA) environment and user provisioning. Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, security design, and implementation methodologies. Experience with object transportation activities within a 3-tiered landscape using transport change management procedures – ChaRM experience desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
