Position Description: Snr Software Engineer
Your role will be to work with our existing team of engineers, product designers and clients to manage all aspects of delivery and architect solutions. You will also be required to be “hands on” and help with implementation when and where required along with code review and training of new staff. You will also be working with our clients directly to understand their needs and translate that into product enhancements and working with our development team to brief them on requirements.
The role suits someone with 10+ years of hands-on development experience in the aforementioned technologies. You must also have experience working with and leading offshore development teams.
What will you do? Work directly with our internal teams and clients to deliver design solutions for web applications, native apps, and full stack experiences.
You will also work with our implementation and development team to convey our requirements and then review work as it is produced to ensure it aligns with created designs and workflows. You will be leasing with clients on a regular basis to keep them abreast of their projects and working closely with your internal managers to delivery high quality work.

Must have experience • 10 years (+) Software development skills in YII, Laravel, CodeIgniter, React.JS, Angular.JS • Be highly familiar with AWS and understand the basics of a devops role. • Have proven experience leading a team of over 20 engineers, and ability to train and grow existing talent. This includes experience managing offshore software engineers.
• Have proven experience working on and leading multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience in working with clients directly and managing requirements and client expectation. • Very high attention to detail and demonstratable desire to delivery high quality results. • Strong interpersonal and relational skills to lead a diverse group of people.
