We are looking for a strong, dynamic individual to work as part of a highly motivated, supportive team to be part of a successful implementation team overseeing a significant IT project portfolio. Ideally, you will have experience working in the Energy or Utilities sector. What's on offer: 6 month contract with likely extension Hybrid working environment Free on-site parking ASAP start Role Overview: You will be responsible to lead Change Management across both projects and will report to the Senior Project Manager. You will need to be flexible and direct time and attention to multiple work packages that are currently in flight or planned to start. You will be responsible for Change Management in projects with scope that covers: Strategic Enterprise Portfolio and Risk Solution Provide a new solution, mainly PowerApps-based, with functionality for a Portfolio of Projects and a Strategic Risk Register, both linked to their related network assets. The solution spans multiple business divisions and groups. Infrastructure Projects: Infrastructure Fleet Replacement Cloud Infrastructure and Services End-point and Video conferencing General Responsibilities: Develop Change Management Strategies for these Projects Develop Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plans for internal and external stakeholders using varied engagement methods Develop Communication Schedules of approach to support the delivery of the Projects Conduct a Learning Needs Analysis to determine what assistance staff will require to adopt changes Develop a Transition Support Plan to outline the actions to be taken to support stakeholders after the change has been implemented Develop a Change Handover Plan to identify activities required after the Projects of Work has been implemented Conduct a Readiness Assessment to ensure key stakeholders are ready for the change to be implemented. Develop Readiness Actions Plan to assist and address changes required by stakeholders to ensure smooth transition to implementation. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders
