About the Role We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and with experience in software testing. Responsibilities as a software tester is to ensure fast and quality testing of code releases across many different products and projects.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Synthesise customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints • Review and evaluate requirements for testability • Develop API automated testing solutions in agile environment, DevOps and CI/CD Pipelines • Build and maintain test automation frameworks • Develop test plans, test cases and test procedures; and effectively conduct developmental, integration and/or acceptance testing within the bounds of technical, schedule and cost constraints • Perform analysis of test results, manage defects, and prepare comprehensive software, component, subsystem and/or system level test reports • Be required to collaborate and solve problems
Skills and Experience: • Relevant qualifications (Bachelors / Masters. • Minimum of 3 years in a QA / Test Analyst role. • Manual testing of Portal/Web service. • Ability to perform initial analysis and debugging. • Strong trouble shooting skills. • Test Design and Planning. • Testing functional and non-functional requirements. • Performance testing using Load Runner / JMeter. • Ability to work on multiple lines of work concurrently. • Software engineering process of configuration, test, build, deploy management and continuous integration. • Database technologies: MS SQL • Writing technical documentation. • Knowledge of test automation, scripting (desirable)
