Experience • Graduate in Computer Science with a minimum of 7 years of experience in managing multiple projects • Prior hands-on experience with working on UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or OpenSpan would be an advantage
Qualification • Masters/ bachelor’s degree, with technology, or equivalent education/experience in IT • PMP certification for more than 5 years
Key Responsibilities • Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities. • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver projects on budget. • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities including resource availability and allocations. • Tracking, managing, and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and/or budget. • Identifying and mitigating potential risks. • Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction. • Achieving the profitability of the project • Engage cross-functionally with Products and Consulting teams on information exchange and requirements planning • Ensure full integration with our offshore teams to ensure the right balance between onshore presence and offshore muscle • Support to make out and negotiating the project scope and approach with the client • Provide coaching and mentoring to analysts, consultants, and senior consultants
