Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Skills and Experience Excellent business analysis skills. Ability to understand finance reporting and ability to formulate a to-be state. Experience of working with Implementation projects of Oracle R12 with specific responsibilities as Finance Lead. Experience of designing new reports with large data sets. Excellent excel skills. Good understanding of accounting concepts. Excellent communication skills both Oral and Written. Experience in developing and delivering training and change material. Good time and schedule management to achieve time lines. Must have experience Solution Design for the state of management reporting. Design and configuration of the oracle system. Define end to end business processes. Liaise with various stakeholders for various aspects of the delivery. Manage and execute test cycles. Manage training and change management activities.
