About the role The Technical Administrator will predominately be responsible for the provision of efficient component analysis reporting (CAR), technical report writing and return material coordination for the remanufacturing team and key customers. Duties Provide timely and accurate report writing of CAR as jobs within disassembly. Effectively management of all administrative services including processing work orders, operational notes, data entry into an ERP system, developing reports, management of records and data. Coordination of return material to factories. Provide on the job training as required. Provide back up support of other remanufacturing administrative roles. Understands and adheres to all safety and quality requirements, work instructions, and operating procedures. Skills, Experience Relevant trade qualification or tertiary qualifications. Experience in a remanufacturing environment. Demonstrated experience in technical report writing. Experience in the management of high levels of data. Knowledge of inventory control.
