SD-WAN (Cisco Meraki)
Cisco - Routing, Switching and Wireless.
Network Operations Centre (NOC) experience
Ticketing tool - ServiceNow preferable
Essential:
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Strong Service Management Knowledge. ITIL Foundation Certification
Additional Skills:
Excellent customer interfacing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
Summary of Roles and Responsibilities
Overview all the incidents, requests, problems, Changes in Network service support and ensure all SLA's/KPI's are met.
Escalation Management
Follow up with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
