Our Client This is one of Melbourne's best organisations to work for working across an economic/recession proof industry. They're seeking a System Analyst to join the team taking over the role from an consultancy who have been provided intermediate support. You will have an opportunity to hit the ground running with vendor support, plenty of documentation to refer back to and on the job training. This position plays a vital role to the successful day to day operation of the business. The Role In this role you will be expected to work closely with the HR and IT teams to understand and deliver their needs and requirements utilising the SAP Success factors. You will resolve technical issues, support import/export issues, review and action requests around HR operations. On top of that troubleshooting, you will be able to provide insights on trends, patterns and other opportunities for improvement to the users. You will be expected to provide daily support to users and act as a technical escalation point for any issues. Your background 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst in HR systems. 2+ years of experience working with SuccessFactors OR SAP On-Prem. Experience dealing with CPI interfaces and identifying root issues and resolving them. Strong communication with both Technical and Non-Technical Stakeholders.
