About the Role:
Incident management, advanced diagnosis and troubleshooting of service desk tickets and providing quality and timely outcomes
Providing all desktop, networking, printing and ancillary equipment support * Create and deliver documentation relating to business-as-usual processes
Maintain an integrated IT environment that is fit-for-purpose in supporting the delivery of the objectives of the company
Exposure to Virtualisation, Backups, cable management, Camera Systems, Phone Systems,MDM, AV Management, Wireless Networks, Patch Management
Demonstrate excellent technical ability across the Microsoft suite
Identify future system enhancements/improvements based on dealership requirements
Work with other technical specialists to transition delivery of systems and services into
production
Contribute to the long-term planning and direction for the IT team
About you:
5+ years demonstrated ICT operations and support experience within the Microsoft environment
Degree qualified in IT/Business or a minimum of a Diploma of IT/Networking
Solid experience across IT Service Desk, Desktop Support and Systems Support
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written using phone/email
Ability to build trust and rapport with the end-users you support
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
