The Senior Windows engineer will be responsible for providing support and administration services for key components of the agencies Windows environment taking a lead role in incident management activities when required. They will also be required to maintain the security of the server, laptop, data centre and desktop computing environments through the effective implementation of corporate security policies and procedures. The Senior Windows Engineer requires experience in the use of the following technologies: Windows Server 2016, SCCM (System Centre Configuration Manager), SCOM (System Centre Operations Manager), Active Directories and Windows 10 Desktop, as well as experience in OpenText Document Management systems. Essential Criteria 1. Extent to which the response meets AUSTRAC's requirement set out in the RFQ 2. The Supplier's demonstrated capability and capacity to provide the requirement. 3. Whole of life costs incurred by AUSTRAC. Considerations will include both the quotes price and any costs AUSTRAC will incur as a result of accepting the Supplier's response.
