Tasks & responsibilities
Provide IT support for all TSS staff Microsoft Office 365 admin Management of mobile devices and sims Creation and implementation of company IT policies and procedures Maintenance of the organisations IT infrastructure Networking administration Design & maintenance of company websites Manage and maintain the organization's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems, to ensure optimal performance and availability. Develop and implement IT policies and procedures, including security and disaster recovery plans, to ensure the organization's technology infrastructure is secure and compliant. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that support their business needs. Develop and manage project plans to ensure successful delivery of technology projects on time and within budget. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure effective delivery of technology services. Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed. Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve the organization's technology infrastructure Design, manage and maintain the organization's website infrastructure
