Responsibilities
In the role of Graduate of Architecture, we'll count on you to contribute to your projects and the studio in parallel with learning and developing your skills. Activities may be varied according to business need and could include:
Participating in the architectural design process, developing alternative solutions and presentation graphics used to communicate concepts
Creating high quality schematic, design development or construction documentation
Following through on design development drawings and models, and collaborate with project teams
Assisting in the production of high-quality study models, renderings, montages, diagrams, presentations, sample and/or image boards
Conducting product research
Utilisation of HDR systems and processes and understand compliance requirements of external statutory codes and standards in application of the requested duties
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and team initiatives
Perform ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Bachelor of Architecture Graduate minimum qualification
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
Collaborative, proactive and highly organised with good time management
Strong portfolio with a great eye for presentation and attention to detail
A keen interest in their own personal and professional development
Tech savvy and proficient with design software tools related to field of study/industry (eg Adobe suite, Revit, Rhino) along with MS Office
