Key responsibilities:
Under the guidance of management, architecture and other relevant stakeholders; collaborate in the definition of requirements and translation of these into web-based IT solutions
Design, develop and maintain online solutions using up to date web technology and practices
Ensure timely delivery of development and support deliverables
Draw upon extensive technology knowledge to identify opportunities to improve efficiencies with new or current information systems and processes
Keep up-to-date on technologies and tools relevant to the role
Skills and experience:
Practical knowledge of the following development languages, systems and tools:
4 – 5 years of Salesforce Platform Experience
Salesforce Data model and Security
Salesforce declarative capabilities (Lightning Flows)
APEX classes, Triggers, Batch APEX, Visualforce Pages
Integration (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, CDC)
Lightning Aura Framework (Must have)
Lightning Web Components (Good to have)
HTML/CSS/ JavaScript
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (Must have)
FSC and Marketing Cloud (Good to Have)
CTI Integration knowledge (Good to have)
Microsoft SSIS and SQL Server (Good To have)
Version control & CI/CD infrastructure
Certified Salesforce Developer
Knowledge about the software development process:
Exposure to Agile or Scrum environment methodologies
Experience working with Business Analysts and Testers
Experience with unit testing frameworks
Experience working with and managing the expectations of stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds
