Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Responsibilities： Implementation of quality control documentation and management of registers to ensure compliance with project specifications. Development of initial and ongoing construction programs along side project teams, accurately reflecting the current status of the project. Quantify and procurement of materials throughout project duration. Generation and submission of unforeseen variations to the contract if required. Assisting project team to ensure sufficient resources available as per site production requirements. Ensure correct interpretation of project design drawings/specification with management team across project/s. Management and Verification of all subcontractors scope of works. Maintain consistant, proactive and positive communication with project supervision and the client’s representive/s. Attend project meetings with the client when required. Requirements: Must hold a recognised degree in Civil Engineering and have a minimum 3 years experience in the Civil Construction industry. Adept management of engineering and quality related aspects of construction projects ranging in size and complexity. Excellent communication skills. Strong focus on planning, process efficiency and continuous improvement. Excellent time management skills. Experience with survey equipment. Solid computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite or similar. Experience with survey software; Autocad, various 3D software
