THE IDEAL CANDIDATE You will be a highly motivated and passionate data professional who will develop, maintain & support Scape’s Reporting and Power BI capability, operating as a consultant within the Technology team. Your Power BI capability will focus on converting various business units reporting requirements into user-friendly, storytelling reports & dashboards.
You will have:
Demonstrated experience in the delivery of Business Intelligence and reporting systems.
Management of Data warehouse methodology Data Vault 2.0 and Dimension Modelling
A demonstrated in-depth knowledge of database infrastructure and cloud data solutions, preferably Azure suite(SQL, Analysis Services, Power BI, Dataverse, Gen II data lake, Synapse, Data Factory)
Ability to scope and define data sets needed for specific use cases and identify data gaps.
Modelling experience for analytical/OLAP systems - preferably Cloud Native Database(s)
Demonstrated experience in administration and support of databases & proficient at writing SQL queries
Experience building models in spreadsheets. Comfortable writing formulas and VBA in Excel
