Key responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to identify and document requirements for system and software solutions, and communicate progress and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct thorough analysis of customer business processes to identify pain points and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize processes.
Develop and implement project plans using project management methodologies, principles, and techniques, and effectively manage project scope, schedule, and resources.
Assume ownership for deploying functional solutions, including creating, adopting, and implementing system test plans, to ensure system quality and integrity.
Create user and training documentation and conduct formal training classes to facilitate user adoption of new systems and processes.
Develop functional specifications to guide system developers in the design and development of system software, and use data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications.
Serve as a central point of contact for system project decision-making, providing guidance and assistance to stakeholders.
Plan, monitor, and oversee the delivery of functional solutions from project initiation to completion, ensuring that milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Develop and manage a comprehensive technical project roadmap and domain strategy to guide client projects and initiatives.
Foster strong relationships with clients, act as the primary point of contact, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams.
Facilitate conflict resolution by understanding and considering diverse perspectives and viewpoints, and developing plans for resolution that are in the best interest of all parties.
Act as a liaison between the IT department and the executive branch and business branches, and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes and work practices using ICT project management principles, and recommend and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Foster strong working relationships with internal personnel and external agency partners, and collaborate effectively to achieve project goals.
What you'll need to succeed
Relevant experience or experience as a Project Manager will be treated favorably.
Experience in coordination with Program Managers and Project Managers of various artifacts and events required to cover Program and Project governance.
Ability to remotely work in clients’ time zone (Berlin timezone).
The capability of project delivery activities.
At least four years of experience in internet banking or relative projects.
At least four years as an ICT Business Analyst or ten years of experience in project management in the ICT industry.
To expedite the communication process, a thorough understanding of ICT infrastructure.
Relevant or recent experience in Agile/Scrum methodology or certified in the same.
MBA degree will be highly regarded.
Ability to work under pressure and undertake multiple concurrent tasks and accountability of project deliverables.
