Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Holding this position means that you must possess sound time-management skills as you will be working mostly autonomously. Your work forms an integral part of our operation: correct hardware handling, safe handling of sensitive information/ data, courteous interaction with staff is a given. To be suitable for this role you need to be: • Be reliable and permanently available Mondays to Fridays between 8am-4pm / open to extended hours in emergencies • Handle our IT needs on a daily basis (determining our soft & hardware requirements, installation / trouble shooting / repair & solving software issues) • Monitor and perform hardware and software upgrades to network servers, including operating systems and applications such as SMS/PCS/ Power BI/ APP Sheet • Quickly resolve incidents and service requests • Upload new software and roll out updates to ensure efficient use of applications and equipment • Perform tests on newly installed hardware and peripheral equipment (such as printers/ scanners/ terminals and metal detectors/) and software to provide components that interface correctly with each other and our network • Minimize service disruptions by monitoring hardware inventory and promptly reordering low-stock items. • At least 2 years experience in similar position and IT diploma
