This role is the perfect opportunity for a student currently studying a commerce or related degree. This opportunity will provide exposure to and experience in contract management, contract management systems, commercial risk management and more.
Key responsibilities include:
Uploading of current and historical contracts and contract variations into the company’s new Contracts Database
Data entry and validation of metadata within the Contracts Database
Administration of the Contracts Database functions as required

You are legally entitled to live and work in Australia
You are currently completing a Commerce, Law or relevant business degree
You have a basic functional knowledge of contracts and commercial matters
You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and are confident in communicating with a variety of stakeholders
You have strong attention to detail
You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google products and have an intuitive understanding of databases and other platforms
You may have experience in data entry and data validation (highly regarded)
You can work autonomously and as part of a team, but always with a proactive approach to your work
