Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

The duties will include Scanning and distribution of incoming mail Processing external mail and couriers Processing all scanning and copying requests via ServiceNow Checking and processing supplier invoices Monitoring stationary supplies and placing orders when required Participating in the national alignment of policies, procedures, products and services Keeping the team's policies and procedures up-to-date and relevant Assist with statistical information and reporting Participate and contribute to team meetings All other duties as required by the Business Services Coordinator and/or Corporate Services Team Leader More About You We welcome applicants who have 2+ year's experience in a similar role in a professional environment A strong, proactive client service focus Excellent accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced environment Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including in Word and Excel, MS Teams & Outlook Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with people at all levels We are also looking for you to have Ability to multi-task and prioritise Strong organisational and time management skills Flexible and calm under pressure Displays initiative Reliable
