Key Responsibilities · Partner with the business to understand objectives and strategy and participate in the design, delivery and implementation HR initiatives to support operations · Develop and maintain process improvements to better service internal stakeholders and candidates · Manage end to end recruitment processes across trades and varying levels of engineering positions · Manage the candidate experience from application to hiring stage and provide elevated levels of communication throughout · Creatively attract top talent and build prequalified talent pools through innovative attraction strategies Essential Criteria · Relevant tertiary qualifications complemented by extensive demonstrated experience · Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels to drive results and influence outcomes To support the recently developed Balanced Business Plan with goals such as “be the place people want to work” and “build a bigger better Bloomfield”, the team have redesigned this vacant new position to help deliver on the business objectives, with a focus on recruitment and the full range of general Human Resources services and activities. It is envisaged the successful candidate is looking for a long-term career opportunity that offers career advancement and growth.
