An attractive remuneration package is on offer of up to $113,377 per annum including superannuation and leave loading.
WHAT YOU CAN ACCOMPLISH IN THE ROLE
You will be responsible for implementing, managing and supporting network services across the University, ensuring high availability network infrastructure and enhancing optimal technical performance across the University. Key Accountabilities and Deliverables:
Enhance operational performance for JCU’s multi-site network
Provide third level technical support for complex customer enquiries
Support complex network projects
Contribute to network service development, strategy and planning.
