Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: None

Accept remote work: unacceptable

The responsibilities of the role includes but not be limited to: -Oversee, manage and deliver projects onsite from beginning to end. -Setting out works as per plans & details including reading of levels & layout of projects. -Supervises and coordinates activities of employees and subcontractors through supervisors. -Effective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors and trades. -Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively, adhere to, improve upon and maintain the construction program. -Provide practical solutions to daily on-site challenges and obstacles -Coordinate, oversee and provide direction to subcontractors for the main structure of the building.
