Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Responsibilities： Support and assist with the delivery of various civil and structural scopes of work Analysing and monitoring the statical and dynamic loads of the structures and durability of the materials Determining appropriate construction methods and materials, drafting and reviewing specifications and plans Work with and manage a broad range of subcontractors including local suppliers Work in a multi-disciplinary environment, ensuring integrated construction solutions Interface regularly with our internal discipline leads and design teams Support and provide technical assistance to our supervisors Oversee and manage procurement, plant, equipment and resources Conduct short- and medium-term planning Support with month end reporting Requirements： Qualification in Civil or Structural engineering or equivalent Minimum 3 years' experience working in a similar role A proven history of successfully delivering projects of $10m+ Relevant experience on road, rail, or structures projects An ability to liaise with clients, direct staff, and subcontractors
