Responsibilities：
• Contribute to the overall delivery of the project, on or ahead of time with all client expectations met • Contribute to deliver the works within budget, time, quality and regulatory standards, monitor and guide workflow, setting daily, weekly, and long-term project goals • Represent the team during the execution of Electrical, control systems, Mechanical or Hydraulic & Fire activities within the area. • Review progress against plans, contractual arrangements, and delivery milestones to ensure they are on schedule and within quality and cost estimates and take effective remedial action as required • Demonstrate leadership in health, safety, and environmental management • Contribute to new business, continuous improvement, and broader business activities • Perform all duties in accordance with policies, processes, systems, reporting and procedures
Requirements：
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Science, Building Construction or equivalent • Minimum 5 years' experience and/or Building Services Design in major projects • Experience in multidisciplinary projects • Contemporary practices in design and construction methodology • People and performance management including the performance of subcontractors • Stakeholder management on site during activities • Quantitative and qualitative safety, environment, and quality risk assessment • Analysis of and reporting on project performance, compliance, and defects and/or non-conformance
