Job Descriptions:
• Efficient and effective project and contract management, including: Controlling project budgets, Reporting on project progress, cost and risk, Manage quality and scope requirement to meet project objectives
• Administration and management of contracts and claims evaluation and negotiation.
• Contractor and Consultant coordination, including design development, value engineering, sustainable development, construction management and stakeholder communications.
Responsibilities:
• be experienced in delivering project and contract management on a range of infrastructure projects
• be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence, negotiate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be a team player who is proactive, flexible, and innovative in problem solving.
• be computer savvy and possess the ability to use technology
• have relevant experience and/or qualifications in any of the following: engineering, building, construction, architecture, electrical, water and wastewater.
• have a valid NSW Drivers licence, and the willingness and ability to travel which may include occasional overnight stays
