Job Descriptions:
• Monday to Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
Ensuring that water entering plant is operating to meet regulatory standards
• Using proper methods to treat water, monitor plant for unclean water, and correct any problems as soon as possible
• Perform daily tasks such as water testing and recording, daily readings, attend any alarms, routine plant operation tasks as per site task list
• Monitor and maintaining water quality while treating water
• Ensuring the proper execution of water treatment processes while complying with all safety requirements
• Operator must be able to read and understand water treatment process diagrams, as well as identify any potential problems
• Performing a variety of duties, including monitoring water quality, adjusting filtration and disinfection systems, and communicating with plant operators
• Working with a range of treatment technologies, from conventional to UF systems
Responsibilities：
• Required to have experience with water treatment process
• Minimum of 3 years' experience operating a treatment plant
• The operator must have the skills to use the machines correctly and the knowledge to make sure that the water is treated to the best of their ability
• Demonstrated experience with SCADA including the ability to analyse trends
• Required to have a lot of knowledge about water treatment process, chemicals, filtration, and other aspects of water treatment.
• Operator must have the ability to read and understand water treatment plant schematics, manuals, and other documents in order to carry out daily tasks
• Require knowledge of water chemistry, wastewater treatment process and plant operations.
• Operator is responsible for maintaining water treatment processes and equipment
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Certificate 3 in Water Operations is desired or relevant experience
• Ability to pass all pre-employment checks
• Ability to be on-call as per the roster.
