We are diversifying our business and we are looking for someone having very professional in managing the business and having experience of working at senior position for at least 8-10 year. We require at least motivated and driven Senior ICT Business Analyst who is capable of working independently and to join our ever-expanding team. Based at our western suburbs warehouse, the perfect candidate for this role will need to demonstrate the necessary skills and motivation to assist in managing, diversifying, and expanding our business. Key Objective We are looking for a senior Business Analyst with more than 8 years of work experience & who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. A person should be capable of handling the job independently and take initiative and decisions independently. Responsibilities • Assess and document business requirements; estimate costs and write business cases. • Analyze business processes and procedures to identify inefficiencies. • Design or recommend improvements to processes and procedures. • Develop project plans and cost, resources, and manage projects. • Create user and training documents and run formal training classes on new/updated systems. • Develop functional specifications for use by system developers. • Write requirements for computer systems using models and diagrams. • Provide guidance on the selection of new computing and software systems. • Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements. • Perform quality assurance. • Define reporting and alerting requirements. • Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration. • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer.
Requirements and skills • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance • A degree in IT / Computer Science • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools. • Solid experience in writing SQL queries • Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
