Full time restaurant manager for a Chinese restaurant in Victoria, employer sponsorship available Specific Job Responsibilities: -Manage the daily operations of the restaurant including staff scheduling, budget control and customer service -Ensure the restaurant meets sanitation standards and regulatory requirements -Develop menus, manage inventory and coordinate with vendors -Train staff and provide support and guidance as needed -Handle customer complaints and resolve issues Applicant Requirements: Restaurant management experience with the ability to manage staff and coordinate activities Knowledge of sanitation standards and regulatory requirements and the ability to ensure restaurant compliance Ability to develop menus, manage inventory and coordinate with vendors Excellent customer service skills and problem solving abilities Ability to build rapport with staff and provide support and guidance as needed Excellent communication and teamwork skills
