The Role The role is ICT Business Analyst/ Senior Functional Analyst SAP MM/WM where you will have the opportunity to partner with key process stakeholders and implement and maintain global logistics processes.
Essential skills & Experience:
The primary purpose of this job is to develop and maintain the architectural assets in SAP in area of Materials Management /Warehouse management with a global mind-set.
• Responsible for the overall architecture in SAP related to Logistic processes including Purchasing, Inventory management, Warehouse management, Logistics service provider integrations, returns/reverse logistics management. • Work with business stakeholders, implementation partners and AMS providers to enable business outcomes and ensure optimal functionality of SAP. • Design and develop new solutions to optimize business expansion, ensure they are well documented and simple to understand. • Provide support for ongoing operations and identify opportunities to improve processes. • Responsible for training key-users on system functionality, assisting users in running usability tests prior to going live, and post go-live production support, system configuration and system enhancements. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Informatics or Engineering • At least 10 years of experience in SAP Supply Chain focused on MM /WM module. • At least 2 full lifecycle ends to end SAP implementations. • Experience in working with interfaces and integration with third party systems. • Detailed knowledge of SAP functionality for SAP Inbound and Outbound Logistics • Proven experience in translating business requirements into SAP solutions and working with the business in understanding and delivering Process improvements. • Knowledge in EDI P2P processes • Design and support of the mobile RF solutions for SAP WM processes • Configuration of interfaces with SAP PP module • Data migration using LSMW. • ABAP skill for problem solving and debugging. • Create training documents and conduct user training sessions. • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines and through various stages of development and approval. • Problem solving - identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and report issues to the management team; demonstrate appropriate risk-taking and comfort with ambiguity. • You will be working with senior stakeholders and providing clear actionable recommendations. • Exemplary communication skills with appetite for change and transformation • Proactively work with business stakeholders to implement processes and roll-out of the solutions. • Relationship and teamwork focus • Flexible, adaptable, helpful approach • Welcoming changes and feedback
