Software Engineer We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. You will be responsible for:
De?ning and implementing best practices, choosing and maintaining our software testing tools, and leading our engineering efforts towards wide and deep test coverage
Contributing to the specification and maintenance of software and software testing tools.
Work with team to design, establish and execute software testing strategy, procedures and approach
Using your coding experience to improve the cohesion between test and development teams. Analyzing, coding, testing and automation of the testing, debugging deployment, and operational monitoring
Identify and raise defects with the squad to improve quality of systems development
Technical support, troubleshooting, programming research and the development of tools that are responsive to the clients’ needs
Developing a thorough understanding of the client’s requirements by developing
Software testing tools, reporting and then applying industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to design an optimal solution that supports the business process and meets functional requirements

Requirements
Relevant post-secondary qualification in IT or equivalent
5+ years of experience in similar roles
Programming languages, ideally JavaScript and/or TypeScript
Software Testing experience
Deep knowledge of end-to-end testing with Cypress
Experienced with automated testing pipelines and CI/CD pipelines
Experience within SaaS and web-based products
A strong communicator who can drive collaboration within our engineering culture
Driven, tenacious with a desire to succeed and grow within the business
