We are currently looking for a full-time ICT Business Analyst. The role will be based in Sydney, New South Wales and will be responsible for developing and implementation of business strategies and plans for 4i Apps PTY ltd. The duties will include:
Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data. Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels. Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels. Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development. Determine and develop user requirements for systems in production, to ensure maximum usability.
Some of the desired objectives include:
Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties. Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation. Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems. Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations. Manage and retain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand the Australian market and customers, their behavior, desires and needs. Maintain awareness of competitor activity Client management and growth toward meeting the budget Strategic planning Motivation and development of the team Recruit and train team to maintain growth
The successful candidate will have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science/Information Technology, Business Administration or related field of study At least 2 years of experience in design and implementation of business analysis strategy In-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition Knowledge of APEX and Oracle cloud platforms. Excellent writing, communication and negotiating skills. Self-motivation and ability to motivate team.
