Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Responsibilities： Deliver structural and civil engineering services to the standard required by clients. Perform engineering services such as: contributing to appropriate studies, aaanalyses and recommend actions; and assisting with the preparation of detailed designs and drawings, specifications, data, calculations, and reports. Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and seek assistance and advice if required. Take an active and directive role in your career development and progress. Requirements： Ideally possess some initial relevant experience in structural and/or civil engineering in a mining or industrial environment via internships, vacation work, etc. Very good ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form with a diverse range of stakeholders. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Analytical and solutions-oriented, with clear focus on identifying and delivering clients’ needs. Sound understanding and working knowledge of engineering fundamentals, standards and industry practice. Developing capability to work in a multidisciplinary environment with main focus on the civil/structural discipline.
