About you: • A minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience as a business analyst or similar roles.
• SAP experience is a must have requirement. OTC experience will be highly considered, • Medical device industry experience will be highly considered, especially if within Orthopaedics.
• Business knowledge and experience with Operations (e.g. customer services, supply chain, reverse logistics, etc) will also be highly considered. • Project Management experience will be highly considered, • Bachelor’s degree qualifications, ideally within Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or Information Systems; or equivalent combination of education plus relevant experience.
• Industry certifications in business analysis, software systems, network or project management disciplines will be highly considered. • Experience and proficiency with core Microsoft applications is a MUST: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Microsoft Project. • Experience with design and implementation of technical environments using various technologies and languages would be highly considered, • Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as AGILE, would be highly considered, • Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment • Excellent organisational and planning skills • A self-starter, comfortable working with a fast-paced and positive culture, • Excellent communication skill, project management and presentation skill, • Adaptable: flexible, open to new ideas and approaches, • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
